Phil Savage – Managing Director Phil has worked as a broker for 21 years and set up Savage & Bullock Ltd in 1998. Phil started the company with one file in the cabinet and over the years has grown the company to the size it is today, employing 6 staff with a turnover of nearly £2 million. Phil deals with Commercial Broking and also the Company Accounts.
Hana Fincher - Director Hana started her career in Insurance in 2000, working for a Southampton Broker. She then went on to work as a Commercial Underwriter at Norwich Union before joining Savage & Bullock as an account handler in 2003. Hana was appointed Director in 2005 and deals with mainly Commercial Clients. She is also the Compliance Officer for the company.
	Pam Gollop – Associate Director Pam joined Savage & Bullock in 2005 having spent the last 14 years at Norwich Union working in the Claims Department. Pam deals with both Commercial and Personal Clients and also uses her past expertise in Claims to manage this area of the business. Pam is also responsible for managing Sales and Marketing for the Business.
Lorraine Blake – Personal Lines Manager Lorraine has been working for Savage & Bullock on a part time basis since June 2000 the last 5 of these as our Personal Lines Manager. Lorraine started her career at Frizzell working in the Motor Department and has over 27 years expertise in the Personal Lines Area.
	Laura Kennealy – Account Handler Laura joined Savage & Bullock in 2007 as a trainee Broker, having worked for The Royal Bank of Scotland. She has since developed her Broking knowledge and is now an Account Handler. Laura deals with both Commercial and Personal Clients.
